Montague Jayawickrama was the second Governor of the North Western Province of Sri Lanka. He was elected in 1977 from Weligama in Matara to the Sri Lankan Parliament and was the Minister of Public Administration & Home Affairs in the Jayewardene cabinet.[1][2]
