Orla is a census town in Mandu (community development block) of Ramgarh district in the Indian state of Jharkhand.
Demographics
As per 2011 Census of India Orla had a population of 5,809. There were 3,015 males and 2,794 females. Scheduled Castes numbered 978 and Scheduled Tribes numbered 1,984.[1]
As of 2001[update] India census,[2] Orla had a population of 5,871. Males constitute 55% of the population and females 45%. Orla has an average literacy rate of 59%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 69%, and female literacy is 47%. In Orla, 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.

As per 2011 census the total number of literates in Orla was 3,800 out of which 2,243 were males and 1,557 were females,[1]
