Pooja Banerjee (born 8 November 1991) is an Indian television actress.[1][2] She is best known for her role of Rewa Mathur in Channel V India's Swim Team.[3] Pooja was first seen on the MTV India reality show Roadies Season 8. She has since gone on to act in several Indian TV serials like Crime Patrol and The Adventures of Hatim.[4]
Early life and career
Pooja Banerjee completed her schooling from Centre Point School and college from Hislop College . She pursued her graduation in Bachelor's in commerce and completed her post graduation in Master's in English literature. She has also represented Maharashtra at the national level swimming tournaments. She has swam the 5 km sea race at the Arabian Sea and 14 km river race at river Hooghly.[5] Pooja Banerjee also plays the lead role in Swim Team.[6][7]
