Based on requests from 194.29.239.18, I've created a talk page on this issue to avoid future edit wars. I've changed the entry (again) because the sources back up claims that Kurdish participation had a role in the recapture of several districts in Aleppo. While the majority of the effort was on the part of the SAA, the YPG in Shiekh Maqsood were clashing with rebel groups before the offensive gained momentum, and a small portion of territory east of Sheikh Maqsood is now under joint control by the YPG and SAA. Most of the captured territory is directly under Syrian control, but the Kurdish efforts are noteworthy.
