St. Petersburg mayoral election, 2017
The 2017 St. Petersburg, Florida mayoral election is scheduled to take place on November 7, 2017 to elect the next mayor of St. Petersburg, Florida in a general election , with a primary election scheduled to take place earlier on August 29, 2017. Incumbent mayor Rick Kriseman , a Democrat , opted to seek reelection.
