[edit]I found this article useful because i wanted to know what characterized zubrowka and what was the grain that was distilled as well. i can't understand why the section describing the mention of this particular beverage is labeled TRIVIA; this heading seems to be dervied from a pop mindset, in which salient facts are related to the idiotic game Trivial Pursuit, I suppose. . Stop calling the section trivia, and you wont have to delete it.Actio 04:16, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Why nothing about the newly legal American version? http://www.nytimes.com/2010/12/01/dining/01vodka.html —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.36.177.132 (talk) 14:41, 6 April 2011 (UTC)

Other bottles
[edit]Can someone be so kind to add images for teh 3 other bottles I added? Two of them are already in the Polish version. I know they are produced after the year 2000, but did not find exact dates yet. Txs 2A02:A03F:523E:7800:916A:BE3A:C84B:91FB (talk) 10:19, 29 December 2017 (UTC)
- I believe this is a comment about "Żubrówka Biała Wódka (white), Żubrówka Czarna Wódka (black) and Żubrówka Złota (gold)". Do those also include the herb flavouring, or are they a different type of drink that is just using Żubrówka as a family brand name? My impression is that Żubrówka Biała is not the Bison grass flavoured drink – just ordinary clear vodka. —BarrelProof (talk) 18:00, 31 December 2017 (UTC)
The History section
[edit]The History section of this article reads more or less like an advertisement. It cites no sources, and passes value judgement such as "The Bialowieza forest is the only place Zubrowka bison grass grows, the ingredient that captures the wilderness of the forest and the essence of Zubrowka." This sounds like an marketing blurb to me, and not lexical information.
This section needs improvement, and should cite more sources. --vidarlo 20:45, 4 July 2019 (UTC)
Popular Culture
[edit]Zubrovka is mentioned at some length in Somerset Maugham’s 1944 novel The Razor’s Edge. The story is set in the twenties and thirties and one of the novel’s lead characters, Elliott Templeton, discusses how Zubrovka was served and drunk to excess by the Radziwills, a noble family in Poland. 2601:2C2:900:5E40:4196:455D:AEB1:FA6D (talk) 09:42, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
