Removed item
[edit]I removed The following: "* January 11 – Frances Moulton is named the first female president of a U.S. national bank."
I cannot find any verification of this. Also Encyclopedia.com contradicts it on two counts, stating she died in 1919 and she was the first bank president in New England, not in the USA. Manning (talk) 03:02, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
I further removed this: "* November 13 - The people of New York City hold a fruit tasting contest held by managers."
I have no idea what that means or how to verify it. Manning (talk) 03:05, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
