[edit]Isn't "However it seems that Hosni Mubarak is grooming his son Gamal Mubarak to succeed him, thereby nullifying Mubarak's stated commitment to future democracy." a tad POV? No doubt Bush Sr. "groomed" Bush Jr. to succeed him as President of the USA, but that's hardly nullifies his "commitment to democracy"? Or is there something I'm missing?
What happened to the Algerian occupation of Egypt party? Do they not actually exist?
Did Mubarak really win 280% of the votes cast? --219.89.243.77 07:54, 10 September 2005 (UTC)
Article needs significant updating; I did a little. Also, has he been sworn in for the new term yet, and if not, when will this happen? Everyking 10:29, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
- OK, did some more updating, I think it's more or less OK now. Everyking 10:47, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
