Unintended consequences?

I keep hearing about this from opponents, but I don't understand. I've read the amendment, and according to my reading, it equalizes alcohol and marijuana. Distributing alcohol to minors is illegal, so couldn't a similar law be drafted for marijuana if it passes?

There seems to be some contention on this point, as SAFER's website says that distributing marijuana to people under 21 would continue to be illegal.

My understanding is:

It would still be illegal for minors to possess marijuana.
It is illegal to help a minor break the law.
