Statistics[edit]

Added a new header by the name of team records in statistics, showing only the top records. I am of the opinion that the same should be made for batting and bowling as well - to include hat-tricks, highest scores, fastest hundreds, etc. among others. This will be more in line with the norm followed in the footballing and other sports pages. Just thought will wait for opinions before adding the statistics.

Untitled[edit]

I have cited the source for Gujarat Gaurav i will be removing the citations tag from this article.

gujrat team[edit]

Gujrat may play or may not. This is speculation thus i think we should remove the fact that pakistani players will be playing as this is not a certainty. Please let me know what you think about it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Igodspeed (talkcontribs) 09:36, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I recomment removing the part that says that pakistan will be playing as the the citations title say "Gujarat likely to field a team in IPL next season. According to Times of India, Pakistani cricket players are likely to take part in this year's DLF IPL with the inclusion of Gujrat." However the webpage is about "Gujarat likely to field a team in IPL next season". There was no mention of pakistan. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Igodspeed (talkcontribs) 09:44, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Teams and standings[edit]

I don't think we should have a no result column. That is because on April 7, a tie-breaking method was used at the end of the match between Hyderabad and Bangalore and probably will be whenever there is a tie. --Anirudh Emani (talk) 14:27, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I quite disagree in this since although IPL matches can never end with no result but match can be abandoned due to rain like it happened in the earlier editions. I think the column should be there for this reason. Tolly4bolly 14:35, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
