Do independence referendums count as national elections?
[edit]What are the criteria for *national*? Specifically, should the Scottish independence referendum, 2014 be on the list? Scotland is not independent, but it's arguably a nation within the UK, and in case of a yes vote, Scotland *will* be independent. What policy applies? --Gerrit CUTEDH 09:52, 17 January 2014 (UTC)
