[edit]Start date?
[edit]There seems to be two dates in the various references: 1983 and 1990. Anyone know which one is correct? Hack (talk) 03:12, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- Well the APG website says 1990[1] but if they gave out passports in 1988 then something is wrong. However looking at the Prentis book they never said that the APG gave out the passports neither does the The Age article. -- Esemono (talk) 09:43, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
