Please see Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/2009-04-13/Dispatches on plagiarism - simply changing a few words but keeping the order and most of the words the same is still a copyvio. I also note that the you undid the one thing I fixed (the reference) by reverting back to a "bare URL". Please fix this, but take the time to rewrite it in your own words using multiple sources.
