The implications section seems to be giving someone's personal analyses and arguments. It's not what I expect when I read a Wikipedia article. The article doesn't mention the plaintiff, Access Now, Inc (not to be confused with accessnow.org). I can't find much about them right now, but their website is [1] --Colapeninsula (talk) 12:00, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
