Adonaïs → Adonais – All the authoritative editions and commentary I can find refer to the poem as Adonais, without the dieresis: Selected Poems and Prose (Penguin), The Oxford Handbook of Percy Bysshe Shelley, etc. The same is true of 19th-century editions, e.g. 1840.
