The entry Andal Ampatuan Sr. is inaccurate.

Cory Aquino did not appoint Andal Sr as OIC of Maguindanao in 1986. It was another person, Datu Modi Ampatuan, who was the Cory appointee.

Sources appear to disagree re Marcos or Cory

I came here after seeing nthis in another article. I see that this article says Marcos, supported by this. However, this, also cited in the article, appears to disagree. Could someone clarify this and fix whatever needs fixing? If there is disagreement between sources, please observe WP:DUE. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 00:16, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
