I wrote this page myself in 2006 and contributed it free of charge to the website (standrewsayer.org) where it now appears. I am the webmaster for that website. Moreover, I have cited all major sources for the content. RCDabrowski

You either have to rewrite it or release it as public domain or GFDL, as it is still copyright material. We can't accept limited release for wikipedia only. If you state under the article on your website "This text is released under GFDL", that will be OK. That means anyone can use it however they want, provided the attribute the original author.
