[edit]"She is now a hotelier and designer of global repute, and is ranked by Architectural Design (2002) as one of the top 100 interior designers and architects in the world. She is known to favour "style over comfort" (in her own words), and two hotels have refitted her interiors after guests found them uncomfortable. She is known for her perfection and striking designs in which everything is ordered and regimented; she is noted for being so particular that people find her difficult to work with. However, the results are thought by some to be outstanding."

"Anouska Hempel’s clothes are known for their elegance, richness and classic look. Based out of a small boutique in South Kensington, she has made clothes for many famous and influential women - including Princess Diana and Princess Margaret of the British Royal family. Globally she has sold her clothes through prestigious retail outlets such as Barney’s (New York) and Max Field (Los Angeles)."
Reads like promotional material (which it likely is derived from), full of colorful adjectives that mean very little. "Outstanding" "elegance", "richness", for example, are wholly subjective terms and meaningless in this context.
- Blatant promotion of subject and services! Deleted. 86.157.139.140 (talk) 18:33, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
"Silent advisor"
[edit]This sounds like an oxymoron. Unless she communicates through sign language or something. Anyone know what it means? FloydPink99 (talk) 09:48, 22 December 2009 (UTC)

Cole Park
[edit]- Cole Park is no longer owned by Hempel. The property was acquired by interests acting for Troels Holch Povlsen (eminence grise of the Bestseller group) about a year ago. Everybody got to be somewhere! (talk) 21:19, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
- Possibly Holch Povlsen bought it in 2017, but not 2014. Hempel gave an interview in February 2017 about Cole Park: [1]. Troels Holch Povlsen has been VAT-registered there since 2017/08/14, ID GB 183281600. cagliost (talk) 09:22, 14 August 2017 (UTC)
