Secondary references & linkrot

Hi Dbachmann,

I have checked all notes & references, and at present they are all working links. Later I will add some additional references about the participation of AE's members at different national (Night of Museums in Szeged, First Hungarian Longsword Tournament etc) and international events (Fightcamp (2012), Swordfish (2013), Sword Island (2013) etc).
