James or Jones?[edit]

The info-box says he was also known as Elmer Jones, but the article text gives the name as Elmer James. Huh? Joe Hepperle (talk) 04:41, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Royalties[edit]

One source claims that Crudup "launched a law suit against Elvis Presley's music publisher but died before the case was settled. After his death his children received a check for $60,000 in back royalties. These payments continue to this day."
