Birthday

[edit]

Anyone know his date of birth? The article only states the year. Nietzsche 2 (talk) 15:47, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

27th November is his birthday according to his recently published autobiography. Crisso (talk) 20:21, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Degree

[edit]

According to the autobiography, his degree was not creative writing, but (from memory) comparative literature and linguistics. Jezaustin (talk) 13:11, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That is correct. Will change the article accordingly. Peteinterpol (talk) 21:13, 30 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Disco dancing champion

[edit]

This was a lie he inserted into the interview to see if he could get it referenced on Wikipedia and thus make it a "fact". Mission accomplished. He admitted this in one of his links on Radio 4 Extra: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/b0080nk7

Married

[edit]

"Unfortunately his role was expanded in the second and third series...."? A wee bit of editorializing here, eh? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.42.129.203 (talk) 08:12, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Categories

[edit]

I have removed the category 'English Jews' as this is not true. I have personally confirmed this as I am connected to Arthur. I will delete this untrue connection once again - regards. Fortom (talk) 18:03, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is an RfC on the question of using "Religion: None" vs. "Religion: None (atheist)" in the infobox on this and other similar pages.

The RfC is at Template talk:Infobox person#RfC: Religion infobox entries for individuals that have no religion.

Please help us determine consensus on this issue. --Guy Macon (talk) 03:24, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Engagement

[edit]

"He is engaged to Beth Kilcoyne" – sourced to his 2009 autobiography. Sounds like a very long engagement. Anyone know of any more recent developments? Eric Pode lives (talk) 11:57, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

As of 26 October 2019 he was still referring to her as his fiancee. [1] Peteinterpol (talk) 09:41, 25 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
