War Criminal

[edit]

"No indictment was issued because there was no evidence for such claims."

What is this supposed to mean? There is the said video! Did you watch the video? Clearly shows him ordering the burning of civilian homes. There is no lack of evidence, there is only a lack of will to prosecute anyone other than Serbs. --24.150.77.3 15:04, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

War criminal. To be charged soon. --90.157.195.190 12:32, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

screw you there was no evidence to convict him and this supposed video tape I aw and it showed him instructing his soldiers to "fire" as in fire a cannon. Maybe if serbs did not start the war, genocide and ethnic cleasing they would not be prosecuted as much —Preceding unsigned comment added by Djamo (talkcontribs) 21:23, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There is also video where he says to execute soliders of AP Western Bosnia. Nikola Šakan (talk) 21:05, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Video title

[edit]

There is doubt on the accuracy of the subtitles which is why the video says supposedly. -- Esemono 06:29, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bosanska Dubica

[edit]

Dudaković is from Orahova, a village that currently belongs to the municipality of Bosanska Gradiška. However, the village of Orahova belonged to the municipality of Bosanska Dubica even after he was born. However, in the 1950s it was given to Bosanska Gradiška. Please keep it Bosanska Dubica as I noticed someone changing the municipality name. Thank you, Vseferović 06:33, 3 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No evidence vs can't open investigation

[edit]

Ammend "ICTY until 2010" paragraph. I hope it is presented prepoerly now. First it says "no evidence found, case closed", and then "can't open investigation because we are out of time", can't be both! -- Evlekis 14:12, 5 August 2008 Blocked sock:Evlekis.

A ratište u Dalmaciji?

[edit]

Čudi me da niko nije imao podataka o njegovom učešću u borbama protiv Hrvata u Drnišu i šibenskom zaleđu, pod komandom generala Mladića.-- korbacusa 21 August 2008 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Korbacusa (talkcontribs) 13:52, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pa posto Goran pise Biografiju o Bosancu koji je oslobadjao drzavu od cetnika normalno je da ce vuci na srpsko-hrvatsku stranu

[edit]

Wiki states: "Today he is retired but it is speculated that he might be held responsible for war crimes committed against Serbs and followers of Fikret Abdic.[citation needed]"

I just wonder why SPECULATIONS are posted on wiki page. This page should not be written by Goran but by Bosnians since Goran is obviously NON-Bosnian who is influencing the story to fit Serbo-Croatian propaganda. As Atif Dudakovic stated, dont get exicted, nobody is buying this propaganda any longer.

unsourced allegations

[edit]

However, the video also contains instructions, with Atif shouting to kill POWs and civilians.[citation needed] Bosnian state prosecutors launched an investigation. In 2006, the Chief Prosecutor Marinko Jurcevic was quoted as saying: "We have officially opened the investigation against Atif Dudakovic and other persons based on the grounds of suspicion they committed some criminal acts regarded as war crimes."[1][dead link]

The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia did not open a case because no indictment can be issued as under the court's policy of, "completion strategy": all trials should be concluded by 2010, as such prosecutors in The Hague cannot launch new criminal inquiries.[2][dead link]

It should be put in the article that Serbia is the only country in the world who wants to prosecute him... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.81.237.228 (talk) 09:55, 2 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
