Added a section to discuss the history of the science. Should the section be named something other than "history" as the events have occurred just within the past 1-2 decades? Also, DARPA is US-centric, but their program is the r&d program in augmented cognition; is it "encyclopedic," and if so, should it be in some other section other than history? Hi, everyone! I'm curious about everyone's thoughts on the overlap between Augmented cognition and Neuroenhancement, as well as the differences between them and Intelligence amplification. It might be interesting for these articles to mention each other and clarify why they are not equivalent terms. Would you argue they do refer to the same concept?
