Dates[edit]

"Negotiations started on July 18, 2008 and after four rounds of talks, concluded on May 27, 2008." Unless time runs backward at least one of these dates is wrong. GreatWhiteNortherner (talk) 15:07, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
