I'm not sure if the word "epic" is appropriate to describe Krasznahorkai's novel. The film certainly is "epic" just by its length :-) The novel - at least in the Polish translation I have - is 340 pages in the paperback format. It is densely packed though because the author does not indent the dialogue. --JanBielawski 17:58, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
