The current text is based on the edit of 20:20, 11 September 2007 by User:77.239.66.59. That edit was a wholesale cut and paste of the article at [1], and therefore appears to be a blatant copyright violation. The earlier version at [2] (sorry, I'm sure there's a better way of referencing this, but I don't know how...) included some but not all of the same material (referenced). The whole article now needs a thorough re-edit to remove copyright violations and to cite a range of sources. I'll try and get round to it in the next few days, unless there are other offers.
