Dubious sources

The Modern Rationalist looks to me like a pretty dubious source and I note that it is connected with Periyar, from whom Swamy received an award. Are there no better sources for this report? And can anyone validate Periyar as being a meaningful award rather than just another gong from some fringe-y pressure group or similar? - Sitush (talk) 21:39, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
