Are the Banashankari Amma Temple and the Banashankari Temple the Same?
[edit]I can't figure out whether these are simply 2 names for the same structure or if there are, in fact, two separate structures. Using Google, it seems as if there is conflicting information on where the temple is located: some sources say that it is located 5 km. away from Badami, others state that it is located 50 km. away and/or in Bangalore. My knowledge of Indian geography is limited, so perhaps there is an easy explanation for this apparent discrepancy. BWH76 (talk) 17:21, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
- They are numerous Banashankari Amma Temples, this one is about her main temple at Badami. --Redtigerxyz Talk 13:36, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
Article completely broken
[edit]This article is completely broken. It has combined information about two temples. One is located in Bangalore and the other one is hundreds of kilometers away in Badami. I gave up on an attempt to clean this article. Its too broken to be fixed. Hari (talk) 09:32, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
locality in bangalore
[edit]I think its proper that Banashankari should redirect to a disambiguation page as the locality of Banashankari in Bangalore is not unimportant. Awaiting comments, if none recieved, will proceed moving page to disambiguation page. Regards. MikeLynch (talk) 18:56, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
