- Interesting:
- Other problems: - I would recommend the hook be reworded since it is a bit confusing in my view.
QPQ: Done. |
Overall: New enough, long enough, plagiarism free, QPQ is completed. I believe that the hook is interesting, but could use a reword. I am presuming that the source for the hook is from the section pertaining to the wave action causing the island to emerge? I'm spitballing here, but "arisen through wave action" could possibly be something interesting to be used as a hook. Ornithoptera (talk) 01:46, 3 August 2024 (UTC)

- @Ornithoptera: Fair enough! How about ALT1: ... that Bangué, the smallest island of the Bazaruto Archipelago, was formed by ocean waves shaped by the surrounding archipelago? Generalissima (talk) (it/she) 19:37, 15 August 2024 (UTC)

Name
[edit]The island seems to be also called Ilha Osorio -- at least that's the name shown on Google Maps and Geonames. 67.231.67.253 (talk) 22:12, 30 August 2024 (UTC)

I couldn't identify any issues with the article. Good prose. The image is in the public domain and there is no copyvio. I've done spotchecks to all sources with URLs:
- Dutton & Zolho 1990: all confirmed
- Everett, van der Elst & Schleyer 2008 / van der Elst 2008: all confirmed
- Litulo et al. 2018: confirmed on page 48; page added to the article
- Reina 1998: all confirmed
That's a quick pass! Skyshiftertalk 21:17, 31 August 2024 (UTC)
