Why is it called Battle of Simnitza?
[edit]I may be missing something obvious, but the text here indicates that The Battle was fought at Svishtov which was subsequently occupied by the Russians. Yet it (The Battle) appears to have been named after Simnitz which is on the other side of the river. If I knew more about the battle it might make sense but I don't and it doesn't. Is anyone able to explain, please? Charles01 (talk) 19:56, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
