Does anyone know if File:Montreal on my phone, 2017 - 4.jpg depicts the bar's interior? I can't remember... ---Another Believer (Talk) 02:59, 2 June 2018 (UTC)
- @Bearcat: Not to ask you to incriminate yourself (hah!), but do you happen to know? ---Another Believer (Talk) 02:50, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
- I've never been to the Aigle noir in Montreal at all, though that does look extremely similar to the old aesthetic of the Black Eagle in Toronto before it went hipster and replaced its semi-pornographic Tom of Finland mural with a generic scene of trees that everybody fucking hates. Bearcat (talk) 02:54, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
- Bearcat, Ok, thanks! There are several unidentified/uncategorized images of Montreal gay bars at Commons and I need to find an editor familiar with the scene. Happy editing! ---Another Believer (Talk) 02:56, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
- I just checked their Facebook page. I didn't find any photographs indicating that exact mural — but I was definitely able to confirm that the Aigle noir does have that exact ceiling. Iffen that helps. Bearcat (talk) 03:10, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
- Bearcat, Hmm yes I think the dots are connecting but I'll wait to confirm before adding. Thanks again! ---Another Believer (Talk) 03:19, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
- Bearcat Actually, I see visual confirmation scrolling through the venue's Facebook pictures. I will add. ---Another Believer (Talk) 03:20, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
