Christian rock?

[edit]

What The Fuck? Christian Rock my ass. Rawwwrr! 22:43, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What makes them "secular?" They are listed as such on Purevolume, and if I'm not mistaken, they put their own Purevolume up. IronCrow 07:16, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Here's an article talking about their beliefs. To sum it up, they are a Christian band in faith, but they don't want to market themselves as a Christian band because it will limit the amount of people they will reach with their message. — Tha†emoover†here (talk) 22:22, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Separate page for Pedal to the Metal

[edit]

I had previously made a separate page for Blessed by a Broken Heart's CD, Pedal to the Metal, but it was deleted. I suspect that this was because it was considered to be about a future/expected album. Now the link to the page simply redirects to Blessed by a Broken Heart's page. Once the album is released, I plan on putting up the separate article again. If this is against the rules or there was another reason as to why the page was deleted, please let me know. All fixed :) I have recreated the page for Pedal to the Metal, this time with a reference. The redirect no longer exists. Alice1869 (talk) 11:06, 2 September 2008 (UTC)Alice1869[reply]

Someone deleted the Pedal to the Metal page again. It's been released so WTF! Jonasbrotherareterrible (talk) 19:03, 28 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The album has now been released! Please note that the Notability Guidelines state that "In general, if the musician or ensemble that recorded an album is considered notable, then officially released albums may have sufficient notability to have individual articles on Wikipedia." It also states that: "Album articles with little more than a track listing may be more appropriately merged into the artist's main article or discography article, space permitting." This states that the album should be notable enough for an article of its own or at least should have a section including a track listing on the band's page. Neither has happened and one of these should! Here's a source: http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:w9foxzwkldae Jonasbrotherareterrible (talk) 14:07, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Redirection

[edit]

This page really does not need to be the redirection for the phrase 'Pedal to the metal.' At all. Sherick (talk) 22:18, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
