Removal

[edit]

A case exists for the removal of this article in order to protect the environs of Breamlea. Conversely, additional conservation related material could be added. The removal argument could be bolstered by a 'significance' argument. Personally I think removal would be the preferred option. 220.245.239.93 (talk) 22:24, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, a case does not exist for the removal of this article. Articles are not (or at least should not) be kept or deleted on how they fit the political whims of editors. If you can make a case for deletion following Wikipedia's deletion policy, rather than to "protect the environs", then make it. -- Mattinbgn\talk 22:46, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Two points. Both the 13th Beach and Point Lonsdale Back Beach surf breaks are closer to Melbourne than Breamlea's, and I'm certain most of Breamlea's residents wish the hamelt to remain under-developed. Love live the dream of a free Bellarine! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.48.59.60 (talk) 01:22, 17 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
