Confirmed as Deputy Secretary

An update was made to this article in July 2013 that stripped the article of its sources and introduced a large amount of promotional content. I have reverted the article back to the state it was in prior to the edits as it is the most policy-compliant version.--Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 22:31, 10 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
