Are you sure that's not Lamport station in the photo? When I type in the coordinates for Brixworth station, it shows an empty stretch of patch with no signs of anything -- no panoramio photos, no Wikipedia article icons, etc. Just a blank space at 52°20'25.36"N 0°55'7.82"W That looks like it could have been a building's footprint.

Looking at OS sheet 141 (First Series, 1974) which has the line intact (but not the stations) if it was Brixworth the line does curve looking north in the direction shown in the photo. The photo seems to have been taken from a bridge which also makes sense if it was Brixworth as the bridge is on OS141. The 3 stations north of Brixworth don't seem to fit what is in the picture (which is off Wikimedia and described as Brixworth). Cj1340 (talk) 11:46, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The coordinates you give, RThompson82, are equivalent to those currently in the article. Please don't use the {{geodata-check}} template unless an article contains erroneous coordinates that need to be corrected. (If you go here and select, for instance, the 1900 map, Brixworth station is clearly labeled. I find that old-maps.co.uk site invaluable in locating stations that no longer exist.) If you're questioning the photograph, you should probably do so on the file's talk page at Commons. Deor (talk) 13:27, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The 1885 map confirms the position of the station and signal box, the curvature of the line and the direction (north) and the likely position of the photographer on the bridge Cj1340 (talk) 15
