[edit]Tipperary at Tara - Celtic Jeweler - Irish Importer Long established in Brunswick NY next to the Brunswick Central School campus Tipperary is one of America's oldest and largest importers of Celtic jewelry and Irish products. It is built on land originally settled by The McChesney family of Co. Monaghan Ireland in 1801. The business originally operated in the McChesney Manor home erected in 1832, it has since moved to a purpose built structure next door. A large selection of Belleek Waterfordand many other famous Irish brands attracts customers from Montreal to Manhattan and Boston to Buffalo. Tipperary also includes a small Irish food market called O'Day Bros. O'Day Bros was originally founded in Cohoes NY in 1839 by the great grandparents of Tipperary's owners upon thier arrival from Co. Clare Ireland and has operated since then, since the 1970's as a division of Tipperary.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.231.167.171 (talk) 20:48, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

Assessment
[edit]Why is this article still assessed as a start? It looks like a GA to me ;-) ZooFari 02:27, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
- I appreciate the encouragement, but this is far from GA right now. Trying to toss the info in, then will refine it, then bring it to GAN. upstateNYer 03:39, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
