I have difficulty understanding the first sentence in the history section of the article and since I don't know anything about the topic, I can't edit for clarity.

Need to add company closing date in infobox

Dear Users, please update in the infobox & insert the details that CMC was amalgamated into TCS on October 1, 2015.

I tried several times to edit the same in infobox, but strangely, the "fate" [as in end of company] would end up above the founding date of CMC. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.207.172.187 (talk) 12:31, 21 September 2017 (UTC)
