Nothing beyond rumours and speculations, mostly on obscure blogs and minor Canadian newssites. So there are no usable reliable sources for this claim to appear in the article. --Saddhiyama (talk) 11:52, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's not minor Canadian news sites, it's the biggest Canadian news sources. (Canadian Press, National Post, CBC, CTV, etc) 70.24.251.208 (talk) 12:48, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It appears in two reliable sources that I can find, but is the speculation of an unknown economist. No government or other legitimate sources make such claims. Mind matrix 13:03, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
