CIDA's wheat farm in Tanzania[edit]

in 1970s, the tension between Tanzanian state and rural laborss were high, and one Canadian woman was shot (as stated in Linda Freeman's paper "CIDA, Wheat, and Rural Development in Tanzania" (p495)).
