Who or what was this cultivar named after?[edit]

A Google Scholar search for Chandler blueberry (this link) lists FB Chandler of the University of Maine and some other researchers with the surname Chandler as authors of articles about blueberries. Perhaps the Chandler blueberry was named after one of these researchers. I wonder if some of the authors are related to one another.

Once we identify the person, perhaps he or she should be added to Chandler (surname) and List of taxonomic authoritities by name. Eastmain (talk • contribs) 18:31, 19 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
