Name

Nobody on the Web can seem to decide whether he was Charles Edward or Edward Charles, but I couldn't find an article about him under either name, so.... —Mhari* 02:40, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Getty Union list prefers Charles Edward and the 1888 catalogue for the opening of the New Gallery says "C. E. Hallé", so I have moved this article. - PKM (talk) 23:34, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
