Afd?[edit]

An editor pointed out that the air conditioning was installed after his death. My guess is that he had contracted for it, and the service guy didn't show up until after he died, not uncommon today!  :) If my guess is correct, the article would stand. If the new owner contracted for it, then he would be notable and not Gates. Student7 (talk) 23:36, 26 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
