I respectfully disagree. These sources are not original sources (archives), but secondary sources. They are also readily available online. They are no older, and indeed often more recent (1910 and 1934) than William James' works that are the backbone of many articles on the naval history of the early 19th century on the English-speaking Wikipedia. It would of course be better to further confirm with more recent work, but the current corpus in not invalid. Rama (talk) 14:24, 8 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
