Discontinued?

[edit]

Children's Digest appears to be discontinued (but is there a Reliable Source for that fact?). Its official site still shows a 2008 issue as the "current" one, and the subscription section only offers some other publications of the same publisher, not Children's Digest itself. It's a shame... it's a magazine I liked a lot when I was a kid back in an earlier geologic era. *Dan T.* (talk) 15:45, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Expanded article, deleted unreferenced data

[edit]

I expanded the article's content, and added additional references. I also deleted everything I could find no references for. It had been many years since the Citation tag was added, and since no one came forward to reference the famous authors who wrote for the magazine, and sports stars who'd been on the cover, I decided it was unlikely that the citations would be forthcoming. I was able to find a newspaper article about a Joe Namath biography in the magazine, so added that to show athletes were included. Karenthewriter (talk) 01:56, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
