CoW not specific to building/contsruction industry[edit]

The term Clerk of Works is not specific to the construction indudstry. It's usage is not limited to the single use case specified in this article. In the Telecommunciation industry it is also use to mean the lead engineer/supervisor on smaller projects where a full project manager is not neeeded. 94.175.102.211 (talk) 09:59, 24 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
