Why is the logo on the article being used with fair use rationale?
[edit]If this is the sports team of the US coast guard academy, then the logo is not supposed to be copyrighted. I was gonna put this template on the licensing:
This image is a work of a United States Coast Guard employee, taken or made as part of that person's official duties. As a work of the U.S. federal government, the image is in the public domain in the United States. |
But then I decided against it and instead start discussion on the talk page. If it's property of a US military branch, then it would be pd. Why is it on fair use? Metric Supporter 89 (talk) 14:32, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
