Corriechatachan

[edit]

Is this the same place as Corriechatachan? This is implied in the article on Beinn na Caillich (Red Hills). I've just undone the previous redirect to Broadford, Skye, but perhaps it should be targeted to Corriechatachan. -- Trevj (talk) 08:56, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The OS map shows two different places: Corriechatachan 57°13′58″N 5°56′38″W / 57.232639°N 5.943976°W / 57.232639; -5.943976 (with a location "Old Corry" nearby) and, separately, an area around Broadford pier 57°14′54″N 5°54′37″W / 57.248285°N 5.910352°W / 57.248285; -5.910352. I think the redirect to Broadford, Skye was appropriate although that article should mention the place. Thincat (talk) 13:12, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
@Thincat - correct and redirect replaced. I'll amend Dormer and Broadford as well. Ben MacDui 18:10, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
