Added extra information on player models. I hope future editors will try to keep parity between the CS, CS:CZ and CS:S articles.

Rogue and CS:CZ

[edit]

For the record, Rogue Entertainment had no involvement in CS:CZ, or at least CS:CZ in it's final form. The remaining developers did, however:

Rogue Entertainment's version had no screenshots or anything of the sort, so we don't know what they were envisioned, or let alone if it got passed a concept stage. That is why I removed them from the developer's section. -TonicBH 05:58, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I just wanna know the meaning of the statement "Kill a CT escorting hostages to a rescue zone". In which way can i complete this task of terrorist mission? please help........... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.89.75.169 (talk) 07:09, 14 March 2009 (UTC) Well this statement means that, in maps without any bomb site, we have hostages kidnapped by terrorists. CT wins when they bring them all to the CT spawn, and T wins by killing all CTs.. so you have to wait for a CT reach to the hostages, and take them with him. While he is on the way to CT spawn, kill him....ur mission over..!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Avi.dby (talkcontribs) 08:53, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup Needed

[edit]

I added a cleanup tag to this article. Most of it is laden with spelling and grammar errors(e. g., "contents") and in need of an overhaul. Achilles2.0 22:21, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm working on fixing it, however we should add Rouge back, why? They're the ones to give the name CZ, they also added weapons like crossbows, revolvers, landmines, suicide belts, and many others. We just have to search for archived articles on them on the 'net. Pathbinder 14:33, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

They are not mentioned in the credits, and as mentioned, there isn't much information on Rogue's version of the game. So that's why they were omitted. --TonicBH 04:47, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Release date

[edit]

According to a MSInfo Document attach with the CSCZ CD I've just downloaded over BitTorrent client, the release date is 03/20, not 03/21. Do you guys have any citation for the release date? Livy the pixie (talk) 10:50, 5 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Valve Task Force Re-vitalization

[edit]

Attention, all contributors to the Valve Task Force and the articles it constitutes!
I am here to announce that I will be re-vitalizing the Valve Task Force, aimed at universally improving articles constituting Valve Corporation, their employees, associates and products. This specific task force has been dormant for quite some time and with two very notable releases coming out this year, I feel like this is the appropriate time to re-stimulate the general aim of this group. For those who are not already members of the Valve Task Force, feel free to add your name to our members list and contribute to whatever articles you feel your contributions may prove beneficial for. Valve, its products and notable employees have proven to be essential to the progression of the video game industry, so I'd like to make a call of arms for this cause. Xbox version?

[edit]

There is no Xbox version for 'Condition Zero'. I searched all over the Internet including eBay and I have not found any Xbox version of 'Condition Zero'. All I could find was regular Counter-Strike for Xbox (which I ordered). Can someone else verify this and update the article I needed? 98.114.236.245 (talk) 03:19, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Updated version.

[edit]

I got a new CD of Condition Zero recently which has the Spetsnaz skin, fixed M4A1 animations and higher quality weapon models and skins with the installation folder being around 1 GB. While a friend has an old copy published in the year 2003 which has no Spetsnaz and the old Counter-Strike 1.6 models and animations (his folder is only around 720 MB), the Tours of Duty campaigns and optional Deleted Scenes without the five missions released later via Steam. His CD case has an Asian region CD Key and says Half Life: Condition Zero while mine doesn't have Half-Life written on it. We can't play multiplayer using a DSL cable and changing our addresses to 128.128.10.0 and 128.128.10.1. Anyways is anyone aware when was the game updated? Why does the article say it was released in 2004? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Devang.home47 (talkcontribs) 07:49, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
