Article title

[edit]

Wouldn't "Stargirl" be a more appropriate title for this article? RossEron 20:38, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Not really. Consensus has been to use the alter ego when the character has held more than one codename. Since this character "graduated" from the "Star-Spangled Kid" to "Stargirl" use of the alter ego is warranted. - J Greb 23:05, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article cleanup

[edit]

I'm not the one who put up the article cleanup tag, but these are basic rules you learn in 9th grade English for writing about fiction. When you describe an event that takes place in the story, you always use the present tense. This is called the eternal present. Also, characters and events in a work of fiction are assumed to be fictional, so you don't say "fictional character" to describe someone in a story.--75.30.229.131 (talk) 22:00, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Star-Spangled Kid's gear

[edit]

Have it ever been explained, why Sylver Pemberton's equipment, was left to Pat Dugan? (I would think, such items would be given to Sylvester's sister or her children.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.65.169.162 (talk) 11:40, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Another Stargirl?

[edit]

I read a comic book about Stargirl years ago. It was a different Stargirl, short brown hair with stars at the back of her hands. She sacrificed and lost her powers and she afraid she would lose her membership in the Justice League. She later found out that the membership was addressed to her real name not her alter ego. Is she the same character180.190.152.13 (talk) 16:01, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
