NOC LETTER FOR HIGHT OF BULTING; A SMALL HOME(GROUNG +FIRST FLOOR+ CABIN TO PROTECT STAIR +WATER TANK ON CABIN SLAB)
[edit]Dear, coast guard and air port authority of daman.
we know that the rules are made for good governance but to improve it; we have to change some rules for the development of our country and place where airport-navel base are located.
Do you know one civilian want to built his or her home is taking 3 to 6 month time for getting NOC letter for the Hight of his home? just think! municipal body will take another 2 month to grant permission we can say plan approval. And construction activity is taking minimum 6 month to built a home sweet home.!
As a citizen of India and having knowledge of this field I can see that the cost of construction will increase due to many factors involve in this activity. one has to shift his or her home leads to expense, to have home on rent in same city leads to expense. fees of architect and other consultant like us leads to expense and the main increase of expense is increase in material and labor cost.
it may increase 2 to 10 % but money is money after all for each and every citizen.
if coast guard and airport authority will grant the permission with in 30 days for small house having hight of 40 ft.(Data is available with authority; if not they can have a quick survey on site and save time for citizen who love the forces!!) then it is also a great service to nation since nation is built from citizens.
i wish my writing will help to think the authority and nation for above matter.
